Meta Access Guide

Meta, formerly Facebook, requires separate permissions for every item you want to give access to. Luckily, this can all be done from one spot with Meta’s Partner features in Business Manager.

By adding us as a Partner:

  • All assets and data are shared with us. Those same assets and the ones we create are owned by you and will remain with you if we are ever removed
  • You get to see everything we set up
  • You only have to add us once and we can assign our different team members independently

Business Manager

You will need a Business Manager account in order to grant us access. This is where we will manage anything and everything Facebook/Instagram-related (ie. posts, boosts, budgets, settings, etc.). If you don’t have a Business Manager Set one up. Having a Facebook page does not mean you have a Business Manager account. To learn how to create one, click here. Once it’s created, you’ll either need to create or connect the other assets below.

If you do have a Business Manager account

Kalen will need to get access to your other Facebook assets (ie. Pages, Ad Accounts, Instagram Accounts). If you haven’t created these assets already, skip to the other Facebook assets listed below.

  1. In Business Manager, go to Business Settings
  2. Below Users in the left column, click Partners
  3. Click Add. Select Give a partner access to your assets
  4. Enter Kalen’s business ID: 1705741636413762
  5. Click Next
  6. Choose the business assets you want to assign to us. For each asset, grant us Full Control. If you have concerns or questions about what this entails, you can meet with one of our Digital Specialists
  7. Click Save Changes
