Evan Fries

As a Creative Content Specialist and Video Associate, Evan helps shape the creative direction behind Kalen's work. It can be as simple as deciding what a piece of content should say and how it should look, or as complex as figuring out where it should live and how it should connect with the people seeing it.

He's involved in just about every stage of the storytelling process here, whether that means writing copy, editing video, polishing someone else's words, or taking a collection of ideas and turning them into something cohesive. He likes finding the story in the middle of the mess and making sure the final product says exactly what it needs to say. Plus, he's gotta put all that time he spent studying film and English in college to good use.

Outside of work, Evan is a big ol' nerd and dedicated Star Wars collector. He's also a longtime podcast producer and host (but isn't everyone at this point?). When he's not doing that, there's a good chance he's reading, curating lists of movies and shows to recommend should anyone ask, or finding another excuse to add something to the collection.
