As a business owner, coach, avid runner, and proud mom to two accomplished kids and two office pups, her plate is always full. Yet, amidst the whirlwind of her bustling life, Katrina remains firmly planted on the forefront of our industry, constantly exploring fresh and innovative strategies to propel both our clients and team forward.
Kimberly brings a blend of precision and punctuality to our team. With a passion for detail and a knack for keeping things on track, she ensures our projects run like clockwork. When she isn't racing against project deadlines, she's living it up in the fast lane. But even speed demons need to hit pause! You'll find her hosting lively parties, soaking in the beauty of Wyoming's great outdoors, letting her creativity run wild, and savoring precious moments with her three awesome kids.
Meet Bailee, the dynamic assistant extraordinaire to the one and only Katrina! When she's not busy keeping Katrina's schedule in check, you can find Bailee stepping into her role as a marketing consultant. As a consultant, she is doing everything from brainstorming bold strategies to executing flawless campaigns. Bailee comes from a small ranch in Nebraska, so she knows how to roll up her sleeves and get things done!
Meet Barbie, your friendly neighborhood marketing consultant. Always propagating her baby plants and creative ideas, she’s on a mission to help our clients succeed. She stays in the know with all things marketing (not an easy feat, by the way) and can help you discover the right media mix to reach your goals. A hard worker and giver, Barbie aims to be sunshine for everyone. When she’s not working, she’s is feeding her sourdough starter, tickling the ivories of her baby grand, or otherwise – quite literally – running (or skiing, biking, hiking, jazzercising, etc.) away from her adult responsibilities.
Meet Brittany! New to Wyoming, she loves spending time with her energetic and loving dog, Boone, embracing her role as the wannabe cool aunt to her nephews, and talking to her plants. Known for wearing her heart on her sleeve, Brittany is passionate about amplifying the mission and vision of organizations to foster community, connection, and positive change. Her mission-driven mindset and gluten-free creations fuel her "can-do" attitude, helping clients find creative and innovative solutions to achieve their goals and dreams.
People Behind the Scenes
Working with Kalen (and Adbay before) since 2001, Eric looks old but loves modern methods and mediums. Whether animating logos, creating convention displays, or designing digital advertisements, Eric strives for excellent technique and quality. You can find him at home watching youtube, playing video games, and practicing tik tok dances with his dogs - Like anybody else over 50.
Kristin is that up-before-the-sunrise friend that nobody likes until after they’ve had their coffee. She can usually be found elbows deep in some crazy art project that she probably didn’t charge enough for and will inevitably wonder WHY she agreed to do it in the first place. She’s a transplant southerner who loves the snow and cold and would almost always rather be riding her bikes.
Joshua is a dedicated web designer and developer with a quiet, thoughtful approach, driven by a passion for helping others and creating work that looks great and works well for everyone. Outside of work, he’s drawn to the outdoors — whether biking through trails, watching birds, stargazing, and even shooting some hoops. He’s also a big fan of video games. Always curious, he enjoys exploring new worlds and fresh perspectives, both on- and offline.
People in the Wild
Can’t choose between photo or video? Neither could Dave, our photo AND video director. Here at Kalen, he’s responsible for all content captured through a lens. His responsibility at work gives him room to be irresponsible in other aspects of his life, such as: overdoing CrossFit workouts, staying up all night watching documentaries, and battling an unhealthy obsession with breakfast burritos. Please keep him in your thoughts.
A man that has more Star Wars action figures than sense, Evan is our copywriter and content specialist here at Kalen. When he’s not busy straining his eyes on the finer details at work, he can be found straining his eyes on the finer details of his hobbies at home, which include reading, collecting, watching movies, graphic design, and podcasting. Optometrists probably hate him, but his two geriatric puggles love him unconditionally.
