Kimberly Ash

Meet Kimberly, Kalen's Operations & Project Manager, resident process wrangler, and natural team leader and coach. With a passion for organization, problem-solving, and making things run better, Kimberly helps turn moving pieces into clear plans, workable systems, and projects that actually get across the finish line.

She brings a mix of precision, creativity, and a tendency to think through every possible scenario to her work. She's constantly asking what could go wrong, what needs to happen next, who owns it, and, most importantly, how to make sure it doesn't get missed. Her goal is simple: create enough structure and visibility that the team can move quickly without constantly putting out fires.

Outside of Kalen, Kimberly is a mom to three awesome kids, a Harley enthusiast, and happiest when she's going somewhere fast or somewhere with a beach. She loves the freedom of riding, the thrill of speed, exploring new places, hosting a good party, and making memories with the people she loves. And yes, she'll probably overthink the whole thing first.
