Brooklynne Kegler

Meet Brooklynne, Kalen's HR & Finance Manager. She works across the business to keep the financial side of Kalen on track, support the team, and help solve the day-to-day challenges that come with running a growing company. Whether it's working through a complicated problem, improving a process, or figuring out why something isn't working quite the way it should, Brooklynne likes finding a solution and making things a little easier along the way.

She's naturally curious and isn't afraid to ask questions, dig into the details, or rethink how something has always been done. For Brooklynne, good processes aren't about making things complicated. They're about making work easier, clearer, and more effective for everyone.

Outside of Kalen, Brooklynne enjoys running, crocheting, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her many nieces and nephews.
